The GRND Team
Brock Nicholson, a former high-level rugby player for the Canadian ‘A’ Team, is the owner of GRND Fitness. Not only did Brock excel at rugby but he also ran track and field, played basketball, hockey and soccer. This sport and exercise professional has over seven years of personal training under his belt including three years as the regional head trainer at a major fitness facility.
Brock specializes in strength training, sport specific and event training, functional movement training, fat loss programs, specific nutrition advice and is most passionate about implementing successful strategies to help his clients achieve their fitness and health goals.
Holly obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maine in Kinesiology and Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science. She is a member of Team Canada Field Hockey and has represented Canada in international competitions including the Toronto 2015 Pan American Games and the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Amanda has over 15 years of personal training experience and is a well-known and respected trainer. She is also one of the top spin coaches in the city and can be found teaching at Method Cycling. Amanda, a mother of two, is an avid road cyclist and loves anything sweaty.
